Mark the date; Wednesday April 25, ANZAC Day, from 9:00 AM, The Pear Giant Second-hand Street Fair. Bring a rug and your treasures and setup shop under our veranda. No registration needed, no stall fees, no marquees, just you (and maybe your family) on a rug amongst the rest of us. Sell, swap or give away what you no longer need. The Pear will be open for coffee and snacks.
This Tuesday we have a special school holiday edition of our weekly Art Class with Koruna. Bring the kids and work on a group paste up. On Wednesday, more school holiday specials; Hair braiding and face painting with Tiara and Danica. Thursday, like every Thursday, is run club day. Join us at 6:30 am for an early morning run couched by fitness specialist Mel. Also on Thursday it’s the Parents and Bubs Nutrition Special – part 2. Nutritionist Louise Parslow. Part 2 is all about getting your nutrition right to get ready for another baby. Friday we finish a big week with the first gathering of The Pear Book Club. If you want to join the book club, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other activities, just rock up at 10 am at The Pear (Run Club at 6:30 am) and participation is free.

Join us on Saturday the 10th of March for the first (pre-season) showdown of 2018. The game will be at Alberton Oval, just around the corner from The Pear. We will have a special coffee marque in front of The Port Club on Saturday afternoon. On offer are 3 single origin coffees from Brasil, Cambodia and Ethiopia. All coffee is freshly roasted by Monastery Coffee and brewed in our batch brewers.
We will be joined by Brewed By Belinda, our fabulous tea supplier and some local artisans.
Come and say hello at The Pear at Alberton Oval from 12 till 4 pm for some pre-game brew.
Monday, March 12 is a public holiday, and The Pear will be closed. Our team can be found in Botanic Park under a tree listening to some world music.

After a year of building planning and conversations with many neighbours, we finally are ready to open the red doors. The coffee machine is in, and the last paint is about to hit the walls.
Saturday, January 27 is the day. At 10:30 am The Pear will be officially opened by Premier Jay Weatherall and David Panter, CEO of ECH (our sponsor and partner).
Come along and taste our coffee roasted in Adelaide by Monastery Coffee Roasters and taste some of the treats that will feature on the menu.
After the official opening we will be open 7 days a week, so come and visit us!
